Accounting Clerk – Billing Operations

About the role

UPS SCS is seeking an Accounting Clerk (Billing) to ensure timely and accurate invoicing of freight, warehousing, customs, intercompany and service transactions. The role works closely with Operations, Finance and Accounts Receivable to maintain financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process freight, warehousing, customs and service-related invoices.
• Manage invoice adjustments, credit notes, cancellations and correction entries.
• Support exchange‑rate invoicing and other customer charge calculations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance and other departments to resolve billing issues.
• Process intercompany billing and cost allocation transactions.
• Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Previous experience in billing, invoicing, finance operations or shared services.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of written and verbal English.
