About the role

We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to support our client’s Business Development team by connecting with qualified law firms across the United States. The role focuses on generating and qualifying leads for litigation support solutions, ensuring a steady flow of discovery calls and product demos.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to target law firms.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers and generate interest in litigation support services.
• Qualify prospects against predefined criteria and schedule discovery calls or demos.
• Maintain and update the sales calendar to guarantee a consistent pipeline of meetings.
• Confirm appointments, follow up with prospects, and maximize attendance rates.
• Record all activities, notes, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Track outreach metrics and collaborate with the sales team to refine prospecting strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, business development, or inside sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2 level preferred).
• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with business decision‑makers.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote work environment.
