Architectural Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑end furniture projects for luxury retail brands. The role sits within our Project Management department and combines strategic oversight with hands‑on coordination from concept to site installation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Control and review project proposals, purchase orders, and detailed work schedules.
• Oversee planning, SHD and production phases, providing regular progress reports to brands.
• Conduct video calls with brands and partners to align expectations.
• Monitor project costs and keep expenditures within approved budgets.
• Coordinate and execute on‑site installation of furniture solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture/project management, preferably in luxury retail projects.
• Strategic thinking, commercial focus, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, peers, and senior management.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with risk‑management and analytical capabilities.
• No travel restrictions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Competence in CAD software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
