Clinical Research Associate I – Hybrid Istanbul

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate I to support clinical studies across Turkey. This hybrid position combines remote monitoring with on‑site visits to ensure trial integrity and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits, both remotely and on‑site.
• Verify source documents, case report form entries, and informed consent compliance.
• Apply risk‑based monitoring and data analytics to identify trends and resolve queries.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, and storage security.
• Document activities through letters, reports, and logs per SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice/ICH‑GCP knowledge.
• Electronic data capture (EDC) systems proficiency.
• Source document review and query resolution techniques.
• Computer literacy and ability to adopt new technologies.
