Commercial Director

About the role

The Commercial Director will lead sales initiatives for Amicorp’s financial, accounting, trust and tax structuring services. This senior position is responsible for driving revenue growth across corporate and private client segments while ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Amicorp’s corporate and private client business across financial, accounting, trust and tax structuring services.
• Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries such as law firms, CPAs, bankers and family offices to generate new opportunities and retain existing clients.
• Prepare client proposals, negotiate and close sales in line with company policies, and ensure compliance with local regulations and global statutory guidelines.
• Lead marketing activities, represent the company at industry events, and maintain an active pipeline in the CRM system.
• Drive team performance by providing commercial leadership, setting targets and supporting colleagues to achieve revenue goals.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree with solid exposure to International Tax.
• Minimum 15 years of proven sales experience in financial, legal, fiduciary or trust services, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Deep knowledge of international tax frameworks such as BEPS, CRS, FATCA, GAAR and ESR.
• Strong leadership, communication and client‑facing skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
