Cyber Security Manager

About the role

Mapa is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to lead the protection of its information systems and digital assets in Istanbul-Maslak. You will be responsible for shaping the security strategy, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and sustain the organization’s cybersecurity strategy.
• Manage security operations including SOC, SIEM, and incident response.
• Identify, analyze and mitigate cyber risks, and coordinate penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with national and international information security standards such as KVKK, ISO 27001, NIST and CIS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Network, application, data and cloud security.
• Security tools: SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR.
• Penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS frameworks.
