D365 F&O Lead - Finance & Integrations

About the role

A growing global business is strengthening its internal ERP function to support the development and international deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). As a Lead, you will provide technical direction across the ERP environment, supporting finance-focused solution design, complex integrations and upcoming country deployments. You will work closely with the International ERP Group Manager and the wider technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Guide technical development, solution design and architectural decisions
• Support finance-focused solutions and consistent financial reporting across international entities
• Manage and optimise complex integrations and APIs
• Support D365 F&O upgrades and deployments across existing and new countries
• Resolve complex technical issues and deliver scalable ERP solutions
• Work with developers, analysts and international stakeholders on business-focused solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve ERP functionality through AI and emerging technologies

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, ideally including AX 2012
• Strong experience in ERP implementations, upgrades, technical architecture and software development
• Knowledge of finance processes, financial reporting and ERP solution design
• Proven technical leadership and experience guiding development teams
• Fluency in Turkish and English
• Ownership of technical direction, ability to turn business requirements into technical solutions, and confidence communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Working arrangement: on-site, five days per week. Engagement: six-month initial contract, with a view to permanent employment.
