DevOps Engineer

About the role

Adesso Turkey, a custom software development and IT consultancy within the adesso group, is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its fast-moving, collaborative team. You will help build enterprise-level products for local and global markets, working closely with consultants, product owners, designers, QA and developers across mobile, backend and frontend.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product requirements and user stories into maintainable, testable and performant software.
• Collaborate with project members on technical specifications and API design details.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies, participate in code reviews and run extensive testing.
• Take responsibility for project quality and fix bugs and errors found.
• Migrate solutions to newer technologies and share findings during regular tech talks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems as developer or system administrator.
• Experience configuring application infrastructure for multiple environments (public or private cloud).
• Preferred: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.

Required skills

• Linux operating system management.
• CI/CD automation (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Git and Git workflows, versioning and branching.
• Scripting: Shell, PowerShell or Python.
• Containerization and orchestration: OpenShift, Docker and Kubernetes, or similar.
• Cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Splunk for data analysis, log management and monitoring.
