About the role
Lead the Finance Team in all financial aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies, and supervise day‑to‑day Finance office activities. The Director of Finance will drive financial strategy, assess performance and manage risks for Fairmont Quasar Istanbul.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and train the Finance team.
- Ensure all local and corporate finance policies and procedures are observed.
- Supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the Finance office.
- Oversee all financial aspects of the business and drive financial strategy and planning.
- Assess financial performance, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Director of Finance, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership and service‑focused personality with proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, networking, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Highly responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure.
- Solid background in finance/accounting operations within hospitality.
