About the role
The Director of Finance & Business Support will lead the finance team and oversee all financial aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and train the finance team.
- Supervise day‑to‑day finance office operations and control systems.
- Assess financial performance and identify risks.
- Drive financial strategy and planning for the hotel.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Director of Finance, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Strong communication, networking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly responsible, reliable and service‑focused.
Required skills
- Extensive finance/accounting operations experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly in Turkish.
