Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Good time‑management and empathy.
• Basic computer proficiency and interest in technology.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including part‑time or full‑time.
• At least a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
