About the role
AccorHotel is looking for a Floor Supervisor to ensure smooth and timely execution of housekeeping operations at its İzmir location.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures the orderly and timely execution of the Housekeeping operation.
- Assists in creating employee work schedules, ensuring fair task distribution and efficiency.
- Prepares annual performance reports for Housekeeping Attendants.
- Handles guest requests or complaints promptly and informs the Housekeeping Manager.
Required profile
- Good command of English.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team successfully.
Required skills
- Customer‑related experience (asset).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
