Full Stack Engineer – Senior Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager Full Stack Engineer will drive Coca‑Cola’s digital transformation by designing, building, and scaling modern full‑stack applications that enable faster decision‑making, intelligent automation, and connected experiences across the enterprise. Working in a product‑centric model, you will collaborate closely with product managers, data and AI teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, user‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full‑stack applications that power strategic digital capabilities.
• Create integrations with Marketing Technology platforms such as CRM, CDP, marketing automation, personalization, loyalty, and analytics systems.
• Build modern, scalable front‑end experiences and robust back‑end microservices supporting consumer‑facing applications.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet security, performance, and business outcome requirements.
• Champion engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end full‑stack solutions in large, complex organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate digital strategy into high‑value technology outcomes.
• Comfort operating in fast‑paced, experimental environments and collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Leadership mindset while functioning as an individual contributor at senior level.
