About the role

This 18‑month Launch Program in Istanbul offers two nine‑month rotations across Account Management and Product Management, giving participants hands‑on experience in Mastercard’s Global Markets business.

Key responsibilities

Provide product expertise and leverage Mastercard integrated solutions.
Support account management activities aligned with geographical strategy and identify sales leads.

Required profile

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic aptitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Turkish.
Available to start on 1 September 2027.
