Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the expansion of Cerebrovita’s e‑commerce business. This hands‑on position combines performance marketing, data analysis, and creative experimentation to boost acquisition, conversion, and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Analyze performance using GA4 and advertising platforms, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities beyond paid advertising.
• Leverage customer, sales, and behavioral data to spot bottlenecks across the funnel.
• Continuously experiment with new campaigns, offers, partnerships, and growth ideas, measuring impact and scaling successful tactics.
• Improve e‑commerce performance across campaigns, landing pages, product pages, and the overall customer journey.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle initiatives to boost engagement, retention, repeat purchase, and reactivation.
• Collaborate with designers and content partners to create and test high‑performing creatives.
• Explore AI tools to enhance campaign execution, analysis, creative workflows, and productivity.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth.
• Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Google Ads and web‑analytics tools such as GA4.
• Strong understanding of performance‑marketing metrics and optimization.
• Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working with data.
• Data‑driven mindset focused on ROI and measurable business outcomes.
• Growth mindset, curious about conversion drivers and barriers, constantly seeking new growth avenues.
• Interest in e‑commerce, conversion, and customer growth.
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership from idea to execution.
