About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant (Stylist) for its Hilltown store in Istanbul. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by blending fashion expertise with the brand’s heritage.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend outfits and current promotions that match customer needs while adhering to Levi’s service standards.
- Engage shoppers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and promote the omni‑channel experience.
- Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, execute markdowns and replenish merchandise.
- Resolve customer issues in line with company policy and collaborate with management on escalated matters.
- Maintain compliance with all store policies, procedures and visual standards.
Required profile
- Passionate about fashion trends and brand heritage.
- Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
