Human Resources Lead

About the role

The Human Resources Lead will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies and ensuring alignment with regional HR policies and Turkish labour legislation. This individual contributor role influences decisions, drives talent initiatives, and supports organizational effectiveness across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the local HR agenda in line with business objectives and regional strategy.
• Advise leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement and people‑related decisions.
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and programs.
• Analyse workforce metrics, identify trends and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Manage performance management, talent review, succession planning and employee development.
• Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with Turkish labour law.
• Partner with regional HR teams, Centres of Excellence and shared services to execute HR initiatives.
• Lead change, transformation and culture projects that support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Business Partner, HR Lead or HR Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of full‑cycle HR practices and Turkish labour legislation.
• Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, performance management and organisational development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; German is a plus.
