Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Avesoro is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support recruitment, HR operations, and organizational development across its international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for various functions and levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Coordinate reference checks, offer processes, onboarding, and follow‑up evaluations at 2‑month and 6‑month intervals.
• Maintain vacancy and candidate data, develop talent pools, and support workforce planning and headcount analysis.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management presentations, tracking key HR KPIs.
• Support training and development activities, including annual plans and participation records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering graduates preferred) with at least 5 years of HR experience, focusing on recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong command of English, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
