About the role

Claimont, a leading food manufacturing company serving major Turkish retailers, is looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join its Esenyurt Organized Industrial Zone facility. The role focuses on managing local customer orders, ensuring smooth order processing, and supporting the sales team to meet monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with local customers, receive and process incoming orders.
• Prepare price offers, sales invoices, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Coordinate order deliveries and follow up with internal departments, including stock tracking.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after‑sales support and handling feedback.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent Turkish (mandatory) and good knowledge of English.
• Residence in Esenyurt or nearby areas is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Commitment to working hours and company policies.
• No prior experience in export or foreign trade is required.
