Internal Auditor

About the role

DEVA, a leading Turkish pharmaceutical company, is looking for an Internal Auditor to strengthen its internal control environment and support continuous improvement across operations, finance, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage operational, financial and compliance audits in line with the annual audit plan.
• Prepare clear internal audit reports and present findings to management.
• Provide constructive recommendations that add value and mitigate risk.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, policies and procedures, identifying high‑risk areas.
• Assist in updating policies and act as a consultant during policy development.
• Maintain respectful and effective communication with management and staff of audited areas.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of internal audit experience; experience in a Big Four firm is an asset.
• CIA certification is an asset; CISA is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
