IT Helpdesk Specialist

About the role

Merzigo, a video monetization company serving broadcasters, producers and distributors, is looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of its IT infrastructure and end-user systems. The position is hybrid and suits a solution-oriented professional with a strong background in IT support.

Required profile

• Graduated preferably from a university department such as Management Information Systems or Computer Programming.
• At least 3 years of experience in information technology.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, analytical skills, attention to detail and a result-oriented approach.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve operational control processes.
• Open to development and learning; active driver's license and no travel restrictions to group company locations.
• Completed military service (for male candidates).

Required skills

• Maintenance, adjustment and spare parts handling for notebooks, PCs and printers.
• Computer fault diagnosis, maintenance and repair.
• Client support for end-users in a domain environment and knowledge of Active Directory.
• Cybersecurity concepts, methodologies, standards, policies and procedures.
• Windows Office programs and installation and updating of antivirus software.
• Setting up and troubleshooting mobile devices; preferably desktop and server operating systems.
• IT inventory management and ITSM (help desk) programs.
• Remote and on-site problem intervention, including outside working hours.
