Junior Graphic Designer – Remote (CET overlap)

About the role

This role sits within a monetisation‑focused design team, creating high‑quality visual assets that support product growth and experimentation. You will produce graphics for paywalls, upsells, promotional campaigns, email marketing, and app‑store experiences while working closely with a senior designer and product‑marketing stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic assets for monetisation funnels, including paywall screens, upsell elements, and promotional banners.
• Develop and adapt vector illustrations and UI graphics, maintaining consistency with the established design system.
• Design banners and visual materials for email marketing campaigns.
• Prepare screenshots and promotional assets for the App Store and Google Play, including localisation.
• Adapt existing creative assets across multiple formats and A/B‑testing variations.
• Create Lottie animations for use within monetisation funnels.

Required profile

• Junior‑level commercial experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing illustration or marketing visuals.
• Formal education in art or design, or completion of relevant design courses.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret feedback constructively, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Availability to work from within Europe with a schedule overlapping Central European Time by approximately three hours.

Required skills

• Daily use of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to independently create and refine vector illustrations.
• Experience creating Lottie animations.
• Familiarity with AI image‑generation tools such as Midjourney or Krea.
