Lead Architect

About the role

Smart Living Residences (SLR) is seeking its first Lead Architect to drive the design and delivery of residential projects in Turkey and abroad. The role blends high‑level design thinking with hands‑on project coordination across architecture, interiors, product and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SLR projects from concept through design development to implementation.
• Coordinate architects, interior designers, engineers, consultants and project teams.
• Review unit plans, layouts, materials, details and overall design quality.
• Support mock‑up, sample apartment, production and site processes.
• Help develop SLR’s architectural and design standards as the brand grows.

Required profile

• Architecture degree with at least 8 years of professional experience.
• Strong background in residential, high‑end residential, hospitality or mixed‑use projects.
• Ability to understand both concept design and technical/application details.
• Experience or interest in furniture, industrial or product design.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel regularly, including project‑based stays in Europe or other international locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit/BIM.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with smart‑home and building technologies.
