Management Systems Specialist

About the role

Aksa, a company of Akkök Holding founded in 1968 in Yalova and the world's largest producer of acrylic fiber, is looking for a Management Systems Specialist. The role ensures the effective implementation, integration and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management Systems, and coordinates process management, performance monitoring, audit and certification activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation, integration, maintenance and continuous improvement of Integrated Management Systems in line with relevant ISO standards
• Coordinate process structures, management system objectives and performance indicators
• Carry out process-based risk assessments, maintain risk inventories and monitor risk and opportunity management
• Monitor performance indicators, evaluate results and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and ISO 50001 requirements with relevant departments
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including supplier, customer and certification audits, and follow up on findings and corrective actions
• Manage certification, surveillance, recertification and product certification with certification bodies
• Manage documentation, audit findings, nonconformities and corrective and improvement actions through QDMS
• Monitor compliance obligations and coordinate compliance evaluations
• Analyse performance, audit results, risks and improvements, and prepare periodic reports for senior management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in management systems, including audit and certification processes
• Experience implementing, integrating and maintaining management systems, and in process management, risk assessment and performance monitoring
• Experience in internal and external audits, including customer and supplier audits
• Internal Auditor certification; Lead Auditor certification is an asset
• Good command of English

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and ISO 50001
• Proficiency in QDMS, especially document management, audit management and corrective and improvement action modules
• Root cause analysis, nonconformity management and corrective action planning
• Preparing, reviewing and updating management system documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills, and stakeholder management
