Marketing Manager – European Expansion

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the next phase of our brand’s growth, focusing on expanding into European markets. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, supporting both B2B and sales teams across a range of luxury product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and international growth priorities.
• Build and manage yearly marketing calendars, campaign roadmaps, and launch timelines.
• Plan, monitor, and optimise marketing budgets across channels and projects.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, retail, PR, influencer, trade and event channels.
• Support sales and B2B teams with marketing materials, activations, client presentations and commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with creative, media, PR and digital agencies to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Contribute to the brand’s European expansion strategy through localized initiatives and market adaptation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury or premium sectors.
• Proven track record in managing marketing plans, budgets and campaign calendars.
• Strong understanding of brand management, consumer behaviour and integrated marketing strategies.
• Experience supporting sales and B2B teams in a coordination role.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and market data.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• International market exposure or experience supporting European markets is a plus.
