About the role
Manage warehouse operations across multiple projects in a multi‑user facility, ensuring efficiency and compliance while reporting performance to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Present weekly and monthly KPI reports to senior management.
- Establish action plans to achieve goals and coordinate target‑oriented activities.
- Participate actively in process development within the facilities.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and quality system rules.
- Fulfil responsibilities arising from regulations, standards and contracts.
Required profile
- Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in e‑commerce, textile, cosmetics or automotive warehouse operations management, leading large teams.
- Analytical mindset and ability to adapt to an intensive work tempo.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
- B class driving licence holder.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office programmes.
- Advanced English language skills.
- B class driving licence.
