Programme Associate

About the role

The Programme Associate will support the streamlining of visa application services for German family reunification, resettlement and evacuation cases, working under the supervision of the FAP National Officer and the Senior Program Associate.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in streamlining visa application services for German family reunification, resettlement and evacuation cases.
• Prepare, review and organize client paperwork ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with the FAP National Officer and Senior Program Associate to monitor caseloads and meet service targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and generate reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Provide client‑oriented support, answering inquiries in English and Dari/Farsi.

Required profile

• School diploma with at least five years relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Client Services, Social Science, Engineering or related field with three years experience.
• Previous experience in international organisations, NGOs or service‑industry environments is an advantage.
• Fluent oral and written English and Dari/Farsi.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work methodically and maintain confidentiality.
