Project Manager

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Manager to join the RF Semiconductors (RFS) team. In this engineering project‑manager position you will lead the development of new RF and IC products, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and ensure delivery of milestones across global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale initiatives across multiple teams and regions, aligning project goals with market demands and business objectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate with Engineering Directors, Product Designers, Applications, Marketing, and Manufacturing to define requirements.
• Partner with other Program Managers to prioritize deliverables and resolve conflicts.
• Serve as primary internal point of contact, providing regular updates and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in a high‑tech or semiconductor environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
