Region Sales Representative – Istanbul

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Region Sales Representative to lead and grow Bosch’s business performance in Istanbul. You will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets while building strong partnerships with dealers and professional end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the assigned territory, delivering sales and profitability goals.
• Identify, maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential dealers based on strategic importance.
• Create dealer business plans and drive actions to increase turnover, sell‑out, product penetration and Bosch’s share of wallet.
• Translate Bosch Professional strategy into effective field execution and implement commercial initiatives.
• Monitor market dynamics, customer needs and competitor activities to spot growth opportunities and risks.
• Manage dealer financial health, including credit exposure, payment performance and receivables collection.
• Build strong relationships with professional end users to generate new business and gain market insights.
• Leverage Bosch digital tools and cross‑functional teams to maximise business impact.
• Act as a trusted business partner, combining commercial mindset with long‑term partnership approach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, dealer management, key account management or business development.
• Strong commercial, entrepreneurial and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to turn market insights into concrete actions.
• Ownership mentality and ability to work independently in a dynamic field environment.
• Fluent Turkish (native or near‑native) and good command of English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
