About the role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Professor to work remotely on a contract basis. The role focuses on designing and authoring graduate‑level exam content, ensuring academic rigor, and collaborating with AI systems to improve assessment quality.
Key responsibilities
- Design and author graduate‑level exam questions in electrical engineering.
- Develop detailed explanations and grading rubrics for each question.
- Review and validate AI‑generated content for technical accuracy and pedagogical strength.
- Collaborate asynchronously with subject‑matter experts to refine question quality.
- Evaluate AI model outputs and provide feedback comparing model reasoning with human reasoning.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in written form for exam solutions or instructional material.
Required profile
- PhD or advanced Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven teaching experience at the graduate level.
- Experience authoring or reviewing graduate‑level assessments.
- Deep knowledge of analog circuits, digital circuits, RF, power electronics, and integrated circuits.
- Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and academic rigor.
