Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer (Node.js, AI‑Native)

About the role

Join an early‑stage product team building an innovative personal digital security solution. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own backend development, infrastructure, and high‑impact product features from concept to launch, working closely with the Tech Lead in a lean, autonomous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of product features, from ideation and design through implementation, release, and performance analysis.
• Research market trends and propose innovative features that boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Build and maintain robust backend services with Node.js and TypeScript, and contribute to frontend work using React or Next.js when needed.
• Collaborate on software architecture and system design to ensure scalability and long‑term growth.
• Design, implement, and evolve cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Develop an AI‑native engineering environment leveraging AI agents and coding tools to improve development efficiency.
• Establish and improve engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of backend or full‑stack engineering experience, preferably in a product‑led company.
• Strong ownership, problem‑solving, and analytical skills with the ability to make independent technical decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proactive, experimentation‑driven mindset and genuine interest in using AI to enhance engineering productivity.
