Senior Manager, OPEX Planning – Eurasia and Middle East

About the role

You will lead the OPEX planning function for the Eurasia and Middle East Operating Unit, partnering with internal finance teams and the Genpact service provider. The role focuses on driving accurate financial planning, analysis and continuous improvement of OPEX processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own all aspects of OPEX financial planning and forecasting.
• Analyse OPEX components and provide insights to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with the OU, Genpact, the Process Transformation Team and other service delivery groups.
• Identify and recommend efficiency and effectiveness improvements within the OPEX process.
• Maintain the primary business relationship with OU Financial Planning teams on OPEX topics.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience in a multinational environment with a global footprint.
• Strong business acumen, risk understanding and operational excellence.
• Effective communication, change adaptability and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
• Stakeholder‑management mindset and collaborative approach.
