About the role

Otis is seeking a Service Technician to join its Antalya team. You will ensure the safe operation of elevators and escalators, protecting passengers and stakeholders while delivering high‑quality maintenance and repair services.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all scheduled maintenance visits within the assigned region.
• Provide periodic maintenance and service for elevators and escalators on the designated route or project.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, implement corrective actions, and perform necessary repairs to maintain service continuity.
• Interact directly with customers on‑site, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.

Required profile

• Graduate of a vocational high school or associate program in elevators, electrical engineering, or related field, or holder of a MYK certificate.
• At least 2 years of experience in the elevator industry.
• Proven ability to diagnose faults and execute repairs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to safety, strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
