Site Activation – Future Roles

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking professionals to support site activation and start‑up activities for clinical trials in Turkey. The role ensures quality deliverables, compliance with local regulations, and timely progress of trial milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage quality deliverables at the country level, following project requirements and local rules.
• Track milestone progress in the SSU tracking system and investigate any delays, providing rationale and contingency plans.
• Monitor basic financial aspects of projects, including hours and tasks per contract, and escalate discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, maintain training records, and guarantee timesheet compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of all Site Start‑Up components, including submissions, essential document collection, and communications with Competent Authorities and Ethics Committees.
• Prepare and submit central and local EC applications, regulatory authority submissions, and ongoing amendments or notifications.
• Act as liaison between investigational sites and functional leads, overseeing end‑to‑end site activation.
• Provide regulatory intelligence, support data‑protection guidance, and contribute to local SOPs and training materials.
• Assist with site selection, investigator contract and budget negotiation, and quality control of contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with detailed understanding of clinical trial processes (Phases II‑IV) and ICH GCP.
• Ability to interpret clinical protocols and study specifications.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and project budgets.
• Experience managing external vendors and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, and independent work abilities.
