Software Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of standard implementation and industry‑solution software projects throughout their lifecycle. You will work for a globally expanding software technology company that enables brands to communicate more effectively with their audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans, adapting them to changing needs and requirements.
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and team coordination.
• Monitor project status and distribute updates to relevant team members.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business and technical goals, building credible relationships.
• Collaborate with internal technical resources to train customers on the SmartMessage platform.
• Deliver enablement training, workshops, and tailored onboarding sessions, both onsite and remote.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, software engineering, computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex enterprise implementation projects for SaaS or similar companies.
• Proven project‑management experience with formal certifications such as PMP, PMgP, Agile, Prince2, etc.
• Strong leadership, organization, problem‑solving abilities and fluent English communication.
