Stability Control Specialist

About the role

The Stability Control Specialist ensures technical control of stability testing for pharmaceutical products, maintaining compliance with cGLP, cGMP, EHS rules and data integrity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical control of stability testing and authorize results in the LIMS system.
• Assist with stability and finished product testing, sample labeling, and chamber placement.
• Prepare stability protocols, reports, trend analyses, and annual/monthly plans.
• Write and update SOPs, product specifications, test methods, and provide related training.
• Support LIMS administration to prevent delays in manufacturing or analysis approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of quality control laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical company.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP and data integrity requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Turkish and English.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with HPLC (Empower), UV, GC, Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Karl Fischer instruments.
• Proficiency in LIMS usage and troubleshooting.
