About the role

Bosch is looking for an hourly‑paid Tool Pre‑Setting Operator to join its TEF1 unit. The role involves preparing cutting tools for CNC machines, ensuring accurate settings and measurements, and supporting production efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and adjust cutting tools on CNC equipment.
• Measure tool dimensions and verify data against technical specifications.
• Maintain tool inventory and record tool parameters in the system.
• Collaborate with machine operators to guarantee smooth production runs.
• Perform routine checks on measurement instruments and calibrate as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate of a vocational high school or associate degree in mechanical, mechatronics, turning‑grinding or related fields.
• Experience working with CNC machines.
• Familiarity with cutting tools and their specifications.
• Hands‑on experience in tool setting and measurement.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
