About the role
Voodoo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its Growth team in Istanbul. You will own full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of growth disciplines, helping to scale on‑site teams as the office expands.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end recruiting for roles such as UA, Creative Strategy, Artists and Developers.
- Activate your network in Turkey’s gaming ecosystem, using events, communities and unconventional sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing strategy and closing while keeping the global TA team informed.
- Continuously map the competitive landscape and strengthen Voodoo’s employer brand locally.
Required profile
- Solid hiring experience in the Turkish gaming industry with knowledge of local studios and talent pools.
- Bilingual fluency in Turkish and English.
- Autonomous, rigorous and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
