Team Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Team Manager is responsible for driving store performance and exceeding sales targets while fostering a high‑performing, client‑focused team. Working on the shop floor, the TM leads by example, ensuring exceptional service and embodying the Gucci brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop client advisors to deliver superior client experiences and achieve KPI targets.
• Monitor category performance, provide feedback to merchandising and visual merchandising teams, and implement action plans to meet sales goals.
• Promote a positive, professional team environment, conduct performance conversations, and handle employee relations in partnership with HR.
• Drive client‑eling activities, build lasting client relationships, and ensure consistent hospitality standards on the sales floor.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of sales management experience in luxury or retail environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales reports and react quickly to business needs.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
