About the role

Aliée Istanbul, a flagship luxury lifestyle hotel, is looking for an energetic and guest‑focused Waiter/Waitress to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will be a key part of the guest journey, providing seamless, elegant, and personalized service in a high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and answer guest queries.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to luxury service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and brand service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a service role, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance with a guest‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment.
• Attention to detail and a mindset of service excellence.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
