Associate Data & AI Engineering Consultant – Entry Level

About the role

SnA is a business analytics consultancy helping blue‑chip clients in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Retail and Energy to understand transaction‑level data and run predictive analyses. As an Associate Data & AI Engineering Consultant you will join a team that blends business strategy, applied statistics and database techniques, working on client‑facing projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and internal consultants on data, analytics and AI projects.
• Design and build scalable data and AI pipelines across cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Support AI/ML model development and deployment by ensuring high‑quality, well‑governed data inputs.
• Assist in implementing MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring and performance tracking.
• Research emerging AI, generative AI and data‑engineering technologies to continuously improve platforms and solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical programme such as Engineering, Computer Science or MIS.
• Relevant experience in data engineering, analytics or AI‑related projects.
• Strong knowledge of Python for data engineering and AI/ML development, and solid SQL skills.
• Familiarity with machine‑learning fundamentals and basic AI/ML pipeline concepts.
• Assertive, fast learner, highly organized and curious about emerging AI and data technologies.
