About the role

Join FedEx’s frontline team as a Customer Care Representative, serving as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat or email. You will provide accurate information, guide customers on FedEx services and help resolve issues while identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through voice, chat, and email.
• Provide accurate information about FedEx services, tools and shipping options.
• Assist customers in resolving service‑related problems.
• Identify and suggest new business opportunities.
