About the role

Join FedEx's frontline team as the first point of contact for larger customers, building loyalty and trust through proactive, high‑quality customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Pro‑actively provide accurate information and guidance to customers via voice, chat, or email.
• Advise customers on how to use FedEx services and tools.
• Help customers resolve service‑related issues and identify optimal long‑term solutions.
• Enter information accurately and timely into systems and produce standard reports for customers and leadership.
• Identify new opportunities to grow business with customers.
• Collaborate with other FedEx teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service roles; sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple screens and systems.
• Commercial awareness and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Confidence, empathy, and friendliness.
