Educational Consultant – Study Abroad Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Educational Consultant to promote foreign education programs and guide students and parents through the study‑abroad journey. The role involves both office‑based and remote interactions, helping candidates select the best country, city, institution, and accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce programs and services offered by foreign education institutions via office visits, phone or email.
• Manage the counselling process, advising students on suitable destinations, schools and housing, and completing registration procedures.
• Follow up on client files after acceptance, support visa and residence processes, and maintain post‑admission communication.
• Provide after‑sales support to students studying abroad and keep parents informed about educational procedures.
• Coordinate student processes with relevant internal departments.
• Attend sales meetings, propose suggestions to increase sales, and represent the company at fairs, seminars, workshops and meetings in Turkey and abroad.

Required profile

• Preferably experience in the education sector outside Turkey and completion of a training program abroad.
• Undergraduate diploma from a suitable university.
• High organizational skills, excellent English, and good command of Microsoft Office.
• No travel restrictions and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Friendly, determined, disciplined, punctual, hardworking and eager to learn.
