Educational Consultant – Study Abroad Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Educational Consultant to promote foreign education programmes and guide students and parents through the study‑abroad journey. The role combines client counselling, administrative support and sales activities to expand our presence in Turkey and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce programmes and services of overseas education institutions to students and parents via office visits, phone or email.
• Manage the counselling process, helping candidates select the appropriate country, city, institution and accommodation.
• Complete registration, visa and residence procedures and follow up on client files after acceptance.
• Provide after‑sales support, maintaining communication with students while they study abroad.
• Coordinate student processes with internal departments and keep families informed about each step.
• Participate in sales meetings, propose ideas to boost sales and represent the company at fairs, seminars and workshops in Turkey and abroad.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree from a recognised university.
• Preferably experience in the education sector outside Turkey or completion of an overseas training programme.
• High organisational abilities, strong interpersonal skills and a disciplined, punctual work ethic.
• Excellent command of English and no travel restrictions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
