Electrical Engineer – Plant Operations (Ankara)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our plant’s electrical systems, utilities, and power distribution networks in Ankara. The role focuses on optimizing energy consumption, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high‑voltage and low‑voltage systems, including power distribution panels, transformers, and switchgear.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of critical power assets such as generators, UPS, battery banks, and solar energy installations.
• Monitor, record, and analyze plant energy consumption and implement energy‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with CCI, TCCC, and local safety regulations for electrical fire protection, detection, and earthing systems.
• Oversee the electrical workshop team, provide technical support, and conduct risk assessments.
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of electrical equipment and systems.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (both spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to locate in Ankara.
