Restaurant Server – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a professional Server to join the dining team at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum, a 5‑star luxury resort overlooking the Aegean Sea. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service, uphold the hotel’s standards, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, presentable uniform and personal hygiene to project a professional image.
• Prepare and replenish mise en place each shift to ensure efficient service.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu and wine list to respond to guest requests and up‑sell.
• Greet guests, establish rapport and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep the restaurant clean and orderly at all times.
• Present dishes in line with hotel standards and food‑and‑beverage specifications.
• Deliver service courteously, efficiently and in accordance with hotel standards.

Required profile

• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English and Turkish.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a server in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong verbal communication, social and up‑selling abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Additional language skills (Russian and/or Arabic) are a strong asset.
