Sales Representative – Field Sales (Bodrum)

About the role

Join Coca-Cola İçecek as a Sales Representative in Bodrum and become the primary point of contact for our customers in the field. You will drive end‑to‑end sales activities, build lasting relationships, and support the growth of our beverage portfolio in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers across the assigned territory, monitor stock levels and generate order requests.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term business relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Execute merchandising activities and ensure proper product placement.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Communicate upcoming campaigns and promotions effectively.
• Monitor equipment processes and support market‑growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good command of English.
• Active B‑class driver’s license.
• Analytical mindset, strong relationship‑management abilities, and excellent planning and organization skills.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, and flexible personality.
• Residence in Bodrum or willingness to relocate.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
