Sales Representative – Field Sales (İzmir)

About the role

Join Coca-Cola İçecek as a Sales Representative responsible for managing end‑to‑end field sales activities in the İzmir region. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, driving sales growth and ensuring product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers in the assigned area, monitor stock levels and create order requests.
• Build and maintain long‑term, sustainable relationships with customers.
• Execute merchandising activities and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Monitor and control equipment processes related to sales operations.
• Communicate upcoming campaigns to customers effectively.
• Identify new collaboration opportunities and support market growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good command of English.
• Active B‑class driver’s license.
• Analytical mindset with strong relationship‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented, organized and proactive personality.
• Residence in İzmir, Çeşme or Bodrum.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
