Senior Tax Corporate Law Advisor – Istanbul & Izmir

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Tax Corporate Law Advisor to join EY Türkiye’s Tax Corporate Law Department, serving clients from our Istanbul and Izmir offices. The role involves providing high‑level legal support on corporate and tax matters for both national and multinational companies.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate transactions such as capital increases/decreases, mergers, spin‑offs and restructurings.
• Attend and support general assembly and board meetings, handling daily corporate requests.
• Lead M&A and due‑diligence projects and prepare closing documentation.
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, assembly minutes, board resolutions, legal opinions and reports.
• Manage corporate secretarial services and ensure proper file documentation and approvals.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in corporate and tax law.
• Proven track record advising national and multinational clients on complex corporate transactions.
• Strong ability to work with boards and assemblies and to handle confidential matters.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
